Gravette Holiness Bible School Staff
Our Staff are committed to Christian Education. Each one has invested time and energy into GHBS, and has the goal of training Young men and women to use their talents for the Lord.

Brenda Long
(Administrator/Abeka Classroom Teacher)
Brenda Long graduated from GHBS in 1992, becoming a third generation alumni. She attended Kansas City College and Bible School (now Kansas Christian College), recieving an associate degree in General Studies. She took many Elementary Education Classes in College, including 4 semesters of Student Teaching, and has always enjoyed working with Children. In April 2001 she became employeed by GHBS, and finished teaching for a teacher who went on maternity leave. Since then, with the exception of 2 years, she has been involved in the school as either full time or part time.

Sherry Wood
(Secretary/Ignitia Classroom Teacher)
An alumni of GHBS, Sherry (Samuels) Wood began working for the school as secretary in 2006. In 2007, she began teaching in the High School and taught 3 years before leaving to work as a caregiver. She also took classes at Western Governors University. She has returned to teaching in 2015.

Charlene Smith
(Home Ec Teacher/Custodian)
Charlene Smith moved to Gravette in 1982 along with her husband and four children. They rented a house on campus and enrolled their four children at GHBS. In 2012, when Charlene's grandchildren enrolled in GHBS, she began volunteering time at school. This year although she no longer has grandchildren attending, she is still faithful to help out. She is a great help with custodian work and helping supervise the playground. She makes beautiful quilts, and will be teaching Home Economics this year.
